HOW WE HANDLE THIS

Check How sttaking Manages Policy and Data

From the moment you open an account to the point where you request its closure, every piece of data and every policy obligation is handled under a documented process.

Data Handling

Account data — name, contact details, payment method tokens for UPI or Paytm — is stored on encrypted servers. We do not sell personal data to third parties and only share it where required by law or fraud prevention.

Cookie Controls

We use functional, analytical and preference cookies. The cookie consent banner on your first visit lets you accept all, reject non-essential, or customise by category. You can change this setting at any time from the Privacy section of your account.

Account Security

Two-factor authentication is available on every account and we recommend enabling it immediately after opening. Login attempts from unrecognised devices trigger an email verification step before access is granted.

Retention Schedule

We keep account records for the period required by applicable law — typically six years from account closure for financial records. You can request a summary of what we hold at any time via the legal email channel.

Requesting Changes

To update, correct or request deletion of personal data, submit a written request through the legal email channel with your account ID attached. We will process it within 30 days and confirm the outcome in writing.

Who to Contact

Our Data Protection contact is reachable through the legal email inbox. For escalations that remain unresolved after 15 days, you may also write to our registered postal address marked for the attention of the Compliance Officer.

Get Answers to Common Policy Queries

Below are the questions we receive most often about our legal terms, data rights and account policies. If your question is not covered here, the support channels above connect you directly to our legal team.

Yes. Access depends on local law and is available only where local law in your state or region permits it. You are responsible for confirming that participation is lawful where you are located before opening or using your account.

Send a written data-access request to our legal email inbox with your account ID. We will acknowledge receipt within one business day and deliver the data summary within 30 days as required by applicable law.

You can request deletion, but some records — particularly financial transaction records linked to UPI, Paytm or PhonePe deposits — must be retained for the period required by law. We will tell you clearly what we can and cannot delete and why.

We use functional cookies needed for the platform to work, analytical cookies that help us improve it, and preference cookies that remember your settings. You can accept, reject or customise these from the cookie banner or from the Privacy section of your account at any time.

We post a dated version at the bottom of the terms page and, for material changes, send a notification to the email address linked to your account. Continuing to use the platform after the change date means you accept the updated version.

Financial and identity records are kept for the period required by applicable law — typically six years from account closure. After that retention period expires, records are securely deleted from our systems in line with our documented data schedule.

Contact our legal team via the email or live chat channels listed on this page. If the matter is unresolved after 15 days, you may escalate in writing to our Compliance Officer at the postal address, marked clearly as a formal legal complaint.
